Life & Pensions Adviser Support Administrator (Tees Valley Office)

Location: Stockton-on-Tees, Office Based

About the job

We require a professional and experienced individual to join our existing team based in our Tees Valley branch in Stockton-on-Tees to provide support to our Independent Financial Advisers. You will act as an initial point of contact for client queries as well as liaising with product providers and colleagues to ensure a first-class service is provided.

Your work will cover Investment, Pensions, and Protection administration, with duties including, but not exclusively:

  • Working with our Financial Advisers to provide the best possible support
  • Liaising with clients to provide information and answer any queries
  • Processing applications and transactions on behalf of clients whilst adhering to our internal administration procedures
  • Liaising with product providers to obtain information
  • Ensuring that client records held on the back-office administration system are up to date and compliant
  • Managing and prioritising your workload

The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar role and have a good knowledge of an industry recognized CRM system such as Intelligent Office, or similar. Full training will also be given.

This is a full-time permanent position and salary will be commensurate with your experience.
